LF500 Filmcoater

The LF500 has a ø500mm stator. PLC/ HMI touch screen control system serving the process recipe control (storage capacity up to 99 recipes.) The touch screen is fixed to an arm, this is mounted to the machine. LF500, LF630 and LF800 All have a Batch weighing system. This has an automatic loader that supplies the machine with the to-be treated seed. The Batch weighing system offers a decisive contribution in helping to meet the quality of the end product.
The machine is also equipped with an "axial discharge system" for the release of the treated seed. Here the rotor moves up and down in the stator so in the upper position the seed can be treated in a seed-friendly way.
